the Lord gives you a promise but you can be in the way of the promise get out of the way Lord gives you a victory you don’t believe the victory CU you’re in the way get out of the way God’s saying I have victory for you but I’ve never had Victory get out of the way get yourself out of the way I’ve never I’ve always been this I’ve always my past get out of the [Music] way what’s to tell you again the Bible gives a scripture trust in the Lord with all your heart don’t try to figure it all out lean not on your understanding
acknowledge Him in all your ways even though you don’t have it all figured out and he will direct your path that’s what happened here what’s happening is God is doing his thing and when that when God does his thing it’s often not comfortable because God usually does things that don’t fit in the old way not with our understanding not with our Traditions when God’s moving man usually gets in the way even his own people the book of Acts is awesome I mean it’s about the power of God and Believers long to see that again we want to see
the book of Acts yes but it was never that the apostles said hey let’s do this let’s do that let’s do I mean there were moments of that but that’s not how all the big things happen the big things happen is God just said now I’m moving yes and they had to go with it see what God has is always bigger than what we have what God’s ideas are always bigger than your your ideas my ideas God’s plans are always bigger than my plans and your plans he said as the heavens are higher so my thoughts are above your the what God has for your life is bigger
than what you have for your life amen and that’s why we have to be always open Lord what do you have even if it doesn’t fit into my box and doesn’t fit into my comfort level doesn’t commit by but what I’m doing in my life what do you have do you have something new says the Lord says behold I will do a new thing that’s what’s happening in the book of Acts God joh moved and what did they have to do they had to get out of the way and get in it what happened how does acts begin they didn’t come up with a plan they was
just waiting in Jerusalem and all of a sudden the power of the Holy Spirit came upon them they didn’t plan it they didn’t have a plan they had was not in their calendar it was not in their Church uh itinerary he just came and then they went with it Paul didn’t say hey I’m going to become a Believer a nice Christian God interrupts everything with with Saul Paul and Paul has to get out of the way Paul actually God then tells ananas go to go to Paul go to Saul and anoint him or come there and do your and an anas says no I’m not going to him annias
