Self-effort versus redeemed effort. Now, under the old covenant, the Bible has this, you know, two main covenants. the old covenant of the law versus the new covenant of grace. All right? And so you see these things in the Bible. You got the Old Testament and the New Testament. Now, here’s the deal. You got to understand what may be true under the Old Covenant or agreement may not be true under the new covenant or agreement.
