• Let’s review a bit concerning God’s glory presence since we have not met for a couple of weeks. And then I want to launch into teaching about what happens when God’s glory rises over us in greater measure. What happens? • though it produced death. The Israelites couldn’t bear to gaze on the glowing face of Moses because of the radiant splendor shining from his countenance. A glory destined to fade away. Yet how much more radiant is the new and glorious ministry of the spirit that’s a capital S. So holy spirit that shines from us.
• So this is a glorious ministry of Holy Spirit who is our empowerer, our mentor, our teacher, our leader into greater and greater glory. 2 Corinthians 3:18 NIV reads ever ever increasing glory of the Lord and is ministered by Holy Spirit. The Amplified Bible reads, “From one degree of glory to another, there are greater degrees of glory that can amp up.
• ” The King James version reads, “From glory to glory to glory.” It’s it’s uh progressive. It keeps going. Never becomes less. It becomes greater. Now remember as we continue today the definition of glory in the old and in the new testament the new testament word for glory is dosa. The Hebrew or old testament word is kobad. They have similar meanings.
• Glory means splendor, brilliance, brightness, radiating essence. radiating essence of presence. In other words, it pulsates with life getting bigger and bigger. It surges as God desires. Glory means it’s its essence of being. Gloria’s essence of being emphasized in realness. It’s radiant proof that reveals genuine identity
