As it is written: “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he.” This is the only time such a phrase is found in the Bible, making it crucial for us to understand.
The Literal Meaning of the Verse
When we break it down in the original Hebrew, the verse means: “As he is all along in his heart, so is he at last in act.” Let’s say it together: “As I am all along in my heart, so I am at last in my actions.” This highlights a deep spiritual truth that our thoughts and feelings determine our behavior and outcomes.
The Heart and Its Influence on Our Life
