Faith Unlocks Your Promises – Living From Faith to Faith
The Christian the Power of Faith: Your Master Key to Divine Destiny and Supernatural Victory
The Christian life is designed for supernatural victory, which is accessed not through human effort or self-ability, but through the unyielding force of faith. Faith is the holder of your destiny, a divine gift imparted to enable believers to achieve everything God has ordained for them in this life. This walk of faith empowers believers to live independently of the world’s failing systems.
The Mandate of the Joshua Generation
Believers are part of the Joshua generation, commissioned to move into their spiritual inheritance and take back everything that Jesus died to provide. This inheritance includes physical property, people, and provision.
The promise to this generation is absolute: “There shall not any man be able to stand before you all the days of your life”. This divine assignment requires believers to look beyond their background, pedigree, race, or circumstances and only consider “did God say it?”. If God spoke it, then “let God be true and every man be a liar”.
Faith: The Original Technology and Universal Currency
Faith operates as the original technology and an international, universal currency.
Connecting to God’s Ability
Faith directly connects you with God’s ability. This ability is the believer’s inheritance. When faith is activated, it compels God to move in on your behalf and do whatever needs to be done.
Jesus taught believers how to live in this economy according to Heaven’s economy. Instead of depending on bank accounts or human resources, faith serves as the primary currency. If a believer has no money, they are still invited to “come, ye buy and eat. Ye come by wine and milk, without money and without price”. Faith will either get the believer the thing needed or the resources required to get the thing.
The Ease of Faith
Operating in faith is simple and easy. It is likened to picking up a remote control and clicking a television on or off. Just as one doesn’t need to understand the TV’s complex systems (like hydraulics or pneumatics) to operate it, one does not need the personal ability or knowledge of “how it works” to activate faith. The believer’s job is simply to believe.
This reliance on God’s ability means that believers do not have to toil in the Kingdom. Faith is categorized as rest, meaning believers exchange their own effort for the Father’s finished work.
Operating in the Supernatural: Speaking to the Impossible
Faith is designed specifically for the impossible. Faith has no respect for the word impossible. When the word “impossible” is heard, the believer should “hit the delete key”.
Imitating God’s Action
Believers are called to imitate God. Jesus demonstrated this authority by speaking to a fig tree, a storm, and a dead man, all of which responded instantly. Jesus then declared that the things He did, believers shall do also, and even greater works.
When faced with a difficult situation—whether a broken car or overwhelming bills—believers are instructed to speak to stuff.
- Personal Testimony: The speaker recounted stepping out of a non-starting car in freezing Chicago weather and, after hesitation, speaking to it: “Car, I’m talking to you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. You start”. He walked away by faith, and after giving God time to work, the car started.
- The Unspectacular Supernatural: The supernatural is not always spectacular. The believer must be willing to act by faith, even if it puts them in a place of ridicule.
The Unwavering Mindset
To move from faith to faith, believers must grow their faith by hearing the Word and acting on it. This growth leads them further into the realm of the impossible, which feeds faith.
When dealing with adverse reports, such as a doctor stating an ailment is something one “will have to live with,” the believer should declare, “time for faith“. The first words spoken must be words of faith, as the Holy Ghost and angels are listening. Believers must think with the Word, not with their own minds, to prevent the enemy from stealing their faith, which is the only way to reach their destiny and fulfill their assignment.
The Battle of Belief: Righteousness and Identity
A key challenge for believers is overcoming an identity crisis, which sometimes leads the church to compete with the world. Believers are “made in Heaven” and are a different kind of people from the world.
The Measure of Faith
Everyone has been given the measure of faith. If every believer has the same measure of faith, they should be doing the same kinds of works. This means an individual department in a ministry can have enough faith to believe God for the entire ministry budget.
The Authority of Belief
Faith connects the believer to their inheritance. Jesus asked the two blind men, “Believe ye that I’m able to do this?“. Their response, “Yea, Lord,” led Jesus to touch their eyes, stating, “According to your faith, be it unto you“. This demonstrates that the only requirement for receiving is the willingness to believe in God’s ability.
