firstborn is Exodus it’s Exodus 13 so that’s one chapter after Passover The Exodus when it begins so this is all about their leaving Egypt after hundreds of years generations of slavery they are set free this is the time they’re leaving oppression and frustration and darkness and misery and alien Nation all that for blessing for the promised land it’s the day of their new beginning and what law that does God give them on that day it’s the law of the first born or the law of the first fruit the first fruit is Holy to the Lord that’s a
