uh hey everybody uh welcome to the american campfire revival you know uh i would love to be playing some great song for you i know some of you love the music choices that we’ve made here at the american campfire revival in my backyard with my little low-tech system however i actually left my laptop at a restaurant recently and so i don’t have uh multiple electronics to be able to to play these songs for you and you don’t want to hear me sing because i sing like a like a rooster with laryngitis uh chris tomlin i am not david crowder i
am not zach williams i am not so i think that we’ll just stick to uh to what we’ve been talking about which is the fact that we live in the greatest country on in the world and and the source of the greatness of our freedoms and the liberty that we have in this country is coming from the same place that love comes from that life comes from and that source is god and we understand that and we’ve been talking about that on the american campfire revival and it’s it’s to this god that we pray and that we ask for his help
so as we continue to look into the marriage covenant as one of the threads in the fabric of the great american covenant that has protected us and has blessed us for 400 years since the pilgrims landed or uh 245 years since the constitution was was signed um let’s go ahead and pray to god and let’s ask for his blessing as we look tonight again at this subject of marriage all right let’s uh let’s pray our father in heaven we’re coming to you again tonight as uh as your kids and one of the greatest things about being able to talk to you
lord is the fact that you know everything about us you know all the skeletons in the closet there’s nothing that we can say to you that you don’t already know fully there’s nothing that we need to hide because you see everything everything is laid open and transparent before you and yet you still call us to come to you and you provide a safe refuge where we don’t need to be afraid we can come just as we are knowing that you know us and that you love us because we’re your children and and we’ve come to you with full trust depending and relying on
