Thankful Wednesday Blessings 

Dear Heavenly Father,
thank You for waking me up today.
Thank You for this morning,
and for the quiet reminder that I am still here—
still held, still guided by You.

Before I step into the busyness of this day,
I pause to acknowledge You.
This day is a gift,
and I do not want to walk through it on my own.

I invite You into every part of it—
into my thoughts,
my words,
my decisions,
and even the moments that do not go as planned.

Lord, walk beside me through every hour.
Help me slow down when I am rushing.
Help me stay calm when things feel overwhelming.
Help me remain focused on what truly matters.

When my mind feels confused, bring clarity.
When my heart feels heavy, bring peace.
Teach me to respond with patience instead of frustration,
and with trust instead of worry.

Father, give me the strength I need for today.
When I feel tired, renew me.
When I feel weak, remind me that You are my source.

Your word says:
“Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles.
They will run and not grow weary.
They will walk and not be faint.”

I lean on that promise today.
Renew me as I go.
Help me draw strength from You,
moment by moment, step by step,
as this day unfolds.

Keep lifting my heart.
Keep renewing my strength.
Carry me forward gently.

Lord, give me courage as well—
courage to face responsibilities I may want to avoid,
courage to have difficult conversations with honesty and grace,
and courage to move forward
even when I do not feel fully ready.

When fear tries to hold me back,
remind me that You are with me.

Your word says:
“Be strong and courageous.
Do not be afraid.
Do not be discouraged.
For the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

Let this promise settle deep within me—
quieting my worries,
strengthening my trust,
and reminding me throughout the day
that Your presence goes with me wherever I go.

Father, I also ask You to watch over the people I love.
Cover my family and friends with Your protection and peace.
Meet them right where they are.

Bring comfort where there is stress.
Bring healing where there is pain.
Bring hope where there is discouragement.

Help us to be patient with one another,
quick to forgive,
and generous with kindness.

Lord, as this day unfolds,
help me stay aware of You in every moment.
Remind me that I do not have to carry everything alone.

Let me notice Your guidance,
feel Your peace,
and trust Your timing.

I place this day in Your hands—
every moment,
every outcome,
every step.

I trust You with it all.

To You, Father,
I give all the praise, honor, and glory.
In Jesus’ name, I pray.
