the more principles you learn from the word of god the less you pray about what to do your prayer then shifts to the kingdom of god being established oh boy okay you have a car made by a manufacturer jaguar rover ford whatever you got a car there and that car when you bought the car it came with a manual didn’t it and in that manual it tells you how the car functions and how it works and what to look for to troubleshoot if there’s a problem now most of you got a car but don’t understand how it works am i right of
course now when something goes wrong with that car what do you do you panic sure you’re driving down the street the car has a little sound it shuts down you park it on the side of the road and then you cry for help you call the mechanic he comes he sits in it for a second he turns the key and he goes no problem and he goes in into the hood opens it up he goes right to the problem he fixes it and you pay him 200 pounds now you’re going to save 200 pounds if you knew how to fix it yourself the mechanic is being paid because he
knows the principles you got to pay him because you don’t hmm so principles simplify life okay the car you bought works on the principle of what gasoline doesn’t it and you know how to put petrol in your car i mean at least you know that much so when your car is on e what do you do you don’t need to pray oh lord show me what to do father i just pray you revealed to me no you don’t pray at all do you pray no you find a gas station and you know what you got to do you ain’t got to fast and pray and tarry and call for no one to agree with you in
prayer or nothing you just know what to do why because you know the principle on which the car functions that’s the way your marriage supposed to be whatever happens in your relationship you’re supposed to know exactly what to do you’re supposed to know what’s wrong and how to fix it principles protect life and when you violate them they destroy you i want to mention destruction here for a minute when you violate a principle it destroys you you don’t destroy it so there’s no such thing as you violating the principle you basically
violate yourself in the book of uh psalm 119 i want to read this verse it has everything in it that you need to know about principles it says blessed are they whose ways are blameless who walk according to the law of the lord blessed are those who keep his statutes and seek him with all their heart their mind they do nothing wrong i like that they do nothing wrong they never do anything wrong he says they walk in his ways they you have laid down your precepts they are to be fully obeyed end quote god says you can live and never do
