LIFT Daily Prayer: Day 223: Delivered and Redeemed
Happy and Holy Sunday morning to you guys. And we’ll be praying here in a second. And I just want to encourage all of you um who are with us in the prayer room today uh that uh this being Sunday, I know that depending upon where this is coming to you live right now or viewing uh wherever you’re at right now, um that you’ve many of you have already gone to church today. you’ve already worshiped.
Some of you have uh uh are are getting ready to go. Maybe some of you are even in route going right at this moment. And for us out west uh still uh you know uh very very early yet and um we’ll be on our way to worship the Lord. Um the cool thing about Sunday is that it is a day that the great preponderance the great amount of believers worship the Lord on Sunday around the world.
And yet even today in today’s sermon message in Romans it’s not that it’s Sunday that we are to worship the Lord. It is Sunday that we uh globally uh come together but we are to worship the Lord every single day the same. God is not listening more attentively on Sunday than he is on Monday.
Remember that as a believer in Christ Jesus as one who is walking with him and he who possesses us is none other than the Holy Spirit. Um, I join in with Paul the Apostle, and I’ll teach this today in the book of Romans, that every day is sanctified unto the Lord, and my Mondays are just as glorious as my Sundays.
The fun thing about Sunday is that there’s a whole lot of us who have worshiped the Lord on Sunday. And um, and it’s just wonderful. I love I hold each day the same, but it is cool on Sunday that uh we get to come together and study the word corporately as a church body. So, with that said, you guys, we’re talking about today being Sunday, August 10th.
