LIFT Daily Prayer: Day 201: Ask for Wisdom
-
Hope you are well drawing close to Jesus, getting closer every day to him. And uh while we’re stalling here for a moment, uh people have asked me if I would make more comments on this time together regarding events that are taking place in the world or in America or in the church.
-
And no, I’ve I have fought the temptation to do that. I want to keep this pure. Uh you can go to my my YouTube for that or you can go to my Facebook later, but not at 5:00 a.m. Not at 5:00 a.m. I don’t want I I wake up at about 4:30 and um my I want I do everything I can to push out of my head what’s going on in the world around us. I don’t want to know anything until I frankly know him first and then he equips me for the the day and how to respond to what he knows has already happened.
-
Hope that makes some sense to you all that if we seek him first then he will add to us all the other things that concern us in his kingdom. Matthew 6:33. So, let’s keep our prayer time together pure and let’s get going this morning. And uh remarkably almost at almost at 3,000 people of you live right now here on just this platform so early on a Saturday. I’m impressed.

God bless you guys. So, it’s James chapter 1 verse 5. James 1 5. James 1 verse5. It’s very familiar one to you. Um but let’s pray it into our soul. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God who gives to all liberally and without reproach and it will be given to him. I love this. So good. If anyone of you, this any one of you, this is God’s word to you.
