I hope that the word of God is becoming more um powerful in your heart and in your life and that it’s starting to um become a a more of a guide to you and a and a a compass to you as you pray. And there’s confidence when we pray the word of God. Uh there’s no doubt about it. And uh it is not only a good thing to do, it’s an accurate way to pray. Praying the word of God.

And uh that’s what we’ve been doing. If you’re joining us, um it’s for me personally, it’s the only way to go because my mind wanders so much. Um my my my attention, my focus is so difficult. And so when I pray the Bible, it keeps me focused and centered. And then it was great because I I used to think I’m just going to have to pray the Bible.

That’s I just my, you know, I start thinking about, you know, as soon as I start praying, I start wandering off into the weeds and about, you know, gosh, did I feed the dog today? What’s going on? Did, you know, it was crazy. So I started praying the Bible and then joyfully it was like I found a a gold mine when I came to John 15:7.

It tells you right there to pray the word of God. And it was like yes Lord, thank you for leading me and guiding me. But we’re we’re going to need the word of God more and more every day. And um there’s, you know, we’re living in the last days, people, and things are going to become getting increasingly harder and more difficult.

Um persecution’s going to arise. Um global powers will be changing. All these things have been promised uh in the end time scripture. But why do you think the scripture says to us, “But none of us who trust the Lord will be moved.” These things cannot move me, says the scripture. So, we need to when we find ourselves feeling like we’re being moved out of peace and into chaos, we need to remember what this his promises are and pray them.

And so, John, excuse me, Mark 5 19. However, Jesus did not permit him. He’s talking about the demoniac that Jesus encountered in Gera in Gadan in the area of the Gadians. That’s the north That’s the north just off the northern uh tip or top of the Sea of Galilee. Just northeast of the Sea of Galilee, there’s a place called Gadera.
