uh May 1st, National Day of Prayer today uh taking place uh all over our country, which is great. National Day of Prayer. So, getting close to 3,000 right now together, all of us. So, little preamble to our time this morning. Um and so it being the national day of prayer. Um yes, you know, you hope and pray while that our country spiritually.

Forget about politics whatsoever. Just forget about the politics. Always the most important thing of all is the spiritual health of a nation. And and you got to ask, you really have to ask yourself how healthy our nation is spiritually. And and that’s a very serious question because um yeah, I don’t uh I think the US is is spiritually um trending the way the the way the rest of the world is trending.

Um I think we’re just suffering a slower death. Um, you can almost link it back uh to what has led to the destruction of every nation. Every nation in history. Go ahead and check it out. Don’t believe me. But what were the last cultural manifestations of every culture, kingdom, realm, nation, city, state? What was the last social manifestation of that uh culture or society before it collapsed? And you might be surprised, maybe you won’t.

Some of you might be shocked to discover that one of its uh or I shouldn’t say one of it at the top and these things are coupled together that is the devaluation or the destruction of the marriage institute and aberant sexuality. This is what happened in every culture that has failed. That is the last thing.

It’s not that they have elements of that, but there’s some other factor that they they collapse. No, the destruction of marriage and aberant sexuality is the last manifestation before culture is destroyed. And historically, America is living on borrowed time. And um and that’s that’s a big deal. But you know, selfishly selfishly I pray that it’s true for you as well on this.

Selfishly I die, I go to heaven. Jesus saved me. There’s no doubt about that in my life. I I have I know he did. And so no matter what, you know, I’ll go to heaven. And that is true. But every believer is not to live like that. You’re not to act like that. You’re not to feel like that when it comes to your your country or your your city.
