Isaiah chapter 24, listen to this wonderful verse. Isaiah chapter 24 verse one says, “Oh Lord, you are my God. I will exalt you. I will praise your name for you have done wonderful things. Your counselss of old are faithfulness and truth.” How awesome is that? Isaiah 24:1. Let me read it again. Oh Lord. And that’s Yahw

eh by the way. Yah. Oh Yah. That’s God’s name in Hebrew. Yah. When you ever you see the big capital L, capital O, capital R, capital D, that is Yah. Uh Y A H or Y H. Yah is his name. which is precious because um we know as believers, as Jew and Gentile um believers that our God’s name is not God, our God’s name is Yah. So listen to this.

Yah, you are my God. Do you see that? Isaiah 24:1, Yah, which means salvation. It’s where we get Yhovah, which we in in the West wrongly say Jehovah. There’s no J sound in Hebrew, but Yah. Yhovah, you are my God. Now, this makes so much more sense, right? I will exalt you. I will praise your name. There it is. For you have done wonderful things.

Your counselss of old are faithfulness and truth. Awesome power. in that we are so uh we’re so spoiled by our good God and he’s amazing because of his consistency because Yah that name of his Yah uh you are my God. It’s that name that the Bible says every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father. Yah.

So, as we pray today and as you leave your prayer request in the comment section, you have people in your life today that are um maybe going to pass away. You have people in your life that are maybe going to be born. You have people in your life that need um healing. They’re going to go through surgery or they’re going to go through a procedure.

There’s people today in your life that are going to be receiving um very very critical um life shaking news. Uh you there’s it’s impossible for you and I to to know all that but God knows that. And so let’s pray this. And please, whatever is burdening your heart this morning, whatever is on your heart, and if it concerns you enough, and I hope it does, to put it into the comment section, let the rest of us pray for you.

Let the rest of you intercede for you. I know that for myself, I got a text late last night that a friend of mine’s sister-in-law or almost sister-in-law um where a young woman was just told that she’s got a very very grievous cancer. And so, um I know I’m going to be praying for her today among others, but so one more time and we’ll pray it together, church family.

So Isaiah 24:1, “Oh Lord, you are my God. I will exalt you. I will praise your name for you have done wonderful things in your counselss of old are faithfulness and truth.” So heavenly father we come before you and we acknowledge that name which is above every name that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that you are God the father that you are God that you are lord um that you are king you are redeemer you are our savior and so you are our god and we’re so thankful that you are our god Not a
