What do you got, James? The first video I have is a video from a Christian apologist named Cliff and he is debating in a college campus.
I’m saying why do I need religion? Because you know, you say you do not need religion. You say Christian is the best. The Muslim guy say Islam is the best. And you know whoever has his religion say that’s the best. You should follow this because this is the best. Why should I follow any religion? You should ask. Do not follow religion.
Follow Jesus Christ not religion. Religion has been has been used to justify the Crusades, the Inquisition, the Salem witch trials, enslaving African-Ameans. I think you’d be an idiot to follow religion. Jesus Christ is totally different from religion. So you would just follow a guy? I would follow God. thought I would follow Jesus Christ. Yes, sir.
If you think I’m going to follow American Christianity, no way. I’d be a fool to follow American Christianity. To follow Jesus Christ, that’s radically different. Totally different. To follow Jesus Christ has nothing to do with being a Republican. Has nothing to do with being a Democrat. It has to do with following God, following Christ.
That’s the bottom line. Jesus talked about the kingdom of God, kingdom of heaven. Call people to follow him. Come on, Cliff. I love that guy. He’s so great. James, what do you think of him? I mean, as a as a guy who is just kind of at college age, what do you think of him? I think he’s awesome.
I think it’s really cool that he speaks the truth out loud, is not afraid to share what he believes. And I actually agree with him that our faith is not built upon the American Christian Church, is built on Jesus himself. Yeah, that’s right. And the scriptures say that it says that it’s actually built on the apostles as the true foundation.
