Is Your Faith Showing? – Part 2 (Hebrews 13:1-6)

Diving right in. Hebrews chapter 13. We left it off. We just started last week. Got into a few words. Uh so we’ll pick it up where we left off today tonight in our teaching, but I’ll read verse one. If you guys will pick up on the even numbered verses, uh Hebrews chapter 13. This is it.

This is the last chapter of the book of Hebrews. Doesn’t mean I mean we still have a lot of sermons on Wednesday nights, but uh it’s going to take a little bit, but don’t get too excited. Now let brotherly love continue. Do not forget to entertain strangers for by doing so some have been unwittingly entertained angels. Remember the prisoners as if chained with them those who are mistreated since you yourselves are in the body.

Also, marriage is honorable among all and the bed, but fornicators and adulterers God will judge. Verse five, let your conduct or your lifestyle be without covetousness. Be content with such things as you have, for he himself has said, I will never leave you nor forsake you. So we may boldly say, the Lord is my helper. I will not fear.

What can man do to me? Wow. And all God’s people said again, amen. You may be seated, everybody. We’re looking at this message uh series titled Is Your Faith Showing? Is your faith showing? And um again, just a quick reminder that we’re beginning now the end. Chapter 13 of this incredible epistle. And um it’s been an amazing journey in the sense that we started this during the on outset of the covid era.

And uh the reason why is because we were meeting I you we were meeting so many people that were coming to church here because all their churches were closed and we were listening to what people believed. They were saying oh I I come from this place, that place, the other and uh we’re happy to be here. Thanks for being open, but um this is what we believe about the blood of Jesus and it was completely not biblical.
