Let’s stand. We need the exercise anyway. And we’re in Hebrews 13. Remember verses 7-9. And we just got into it last week. And I don’t know how it happened, but we suddenly ran out of time. And um so you guys have uh you guys have verse eight to read in our scripture reading. I’ll do verse seven and I’ll do verse nine.

Remember those who rule over you, who have spoken the word of God to you, whose faith follow considering the outcome of their conduct. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Do not be carried about with various and strange doctrines. For it is good that the heart be established by grace, not with foods which are not of profit or does not profit those who have been occupied with them. And all God’s people said, “Amen.

” You may be seated, church. Uh next time we’ll get into verse uh nine, but uh today we’ve we’ve got to hit on verse eight. Uh we did do verse seven uh in our previous time together, but um we’re looking at this uh series in this section of scripture as you well know uh titled in the end.

And uh it’s not only in the uh the end of the book, but it’s the end obviously as the author uh brings this book to a conclusion. He’s been writing. He’s been speaking. He’s been exhorting, instructing, rebuking, challenging those who are of uh Judaism, which is really in many ways man-made laws and rules and regulations stapled onto what should be a personal relationship with Messiah.
