foreign but I want to speak tonight on the purpose and power of time but I want to focus on this subject write this down please and that is understanding how to live effectively in time when a year goes time left when you change a year you are confessing that you use time you use 12 months of it but the question is how did you live out those 12 months and how did you use the time that you had you are about in the next hour to move into another segment of time and I speak to all of us here tonight we must
understand how to maximize time in our lives when I was invited by the Queen of England to receive what they call the Obe award I will now forget that day the OB Ward is called the one of the top prizes given by the Queen of England and when I received the notice from the government that I was elected to receive this award from the Queen of England I thought they made a mistake because I said to myself I haven’t done anything to deserve this apparently they thought differently when I went to receive this honor I
walked into the room I thought I was in the wrong room there was about 30 people there to receive awards from the queen and everybody looked like they were 80 years old and I was just over 40. also kinda just over 40. and I realized that everybody in the room was twice my age and I was getting the same thing that they got at half the life think about it as I walked up I realized that I had made history again because I was the youngest recipient of this award in the country the Prime Minister said that to me quietly he said do you realize you made
history I said no he said you are the youngest we’ve ever chosen I thought for a minute but I looked around the room and these were very distinguished citizens of our country who had worked all their lives and I was only halfway and I heard the voice of the Lord quietly said you used your time well I want you to think about some things that will shock you tonight write this down life is time when you think of life that’s all it is if someone asks you how is your life they’re asking you how are you using your time
