Um, and I mean I I’ve been telling you, but you’ve been a a significant influence. The Just Thinking podcast is my favorite podcast. Oh, wow.
By far. Oh, wow. Thank you for that. I mean, it’s just it’s all is so insightful. Your all is so well researched. Um, and I think you’re just hitting the nail on the head in terms of the kinds of things that we need to be addressing. So, man, God bless your ministry. Thank you so much for that.
The most one maybe the most important question I have for you, okay, with all this is, is the Just Thinking podcast looking for a third host? [Laughter] L, that’s a great question. I’m just saying that’s a great question. You know, I know a guy. Yeah, you know. Yeah. Looks fairly similar to what I do. It’s just Yeah. Well, if we my my thought is if we want if we want to improve if we want to improve our agame, a guy with with with your, you know, articulation, uh your your accent would kind of add a little bit of gravitas to what we do. So, I appreciate that. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
I would I mean, I’m just I’m just here to serve. Yeah. Absolutely. Absolutely. Oh, man. I absolutely love it. I absolutely love it. But just kind of to get some background with you, like just where did this start with? I mean like you start from you you’re in the world of cultural apologetics in a in a big way.
Um just where did this interest stem from for you? Yeah, for me it’s a been kind of a long time coming. I think most I think most of us go through a stage of you know church attendance kind of that becomes mundane and we really are looking for what what does practical theology look like, right? What does it look like to take what I’m learning and and doctrine and really applying it to the real world? And so that came you know for me right right around I I was a late bloomer right around the age of 30. Sure.
And uh began to kind of research I came out of a out of a uh church of God in Christ a Pentecostal background uh where everything head knowledge wise was seen as a disconnect from the spirit. Right. Right. And so the idea there was you know head knowledge is not is not heart knowledge head knowledge is is is not uh connected to the spirit. Right.
