A Christmas Prayer – Giving Thanks for Christ!
Dear Heavenly Father,
On this blessed Christmas Day, I come before You with a heart overflowing with gratitude.
Thank You for the greatest gift of all—Jesus Christ, our Savior, born in humility, bringing hope, peace, and redemption to the world.
Thank You for every blessing in my life, seen and unseen, big and small.
For the breath in my lungs, the peace in my heart, the strength You give me each day, and the grace that never fails.
Your Word declares: “For to us a child is born, to us a Son is given.”
Thank You that Jesus is my Wonderful Counselor when I am confused,
my Mighty God when I feel weak,
my Everlasting Father when I feel alone,
and my Prince of Peace when my heart is troubled.
Lord, as I celebrate Christmas, I surrender my life once again into Your hands.
Lead my steps, shape my heart, and remove anything that is not from You.
Open doors that align with Your perfect will.
I lift up my family and friends—cover them with Your protection, peace, and love.
Where there is pain, bring healing.
Where there is fear, bring comfort.
Where there is lack, bring provision.
I also pray for those who feel lonely, grieving, sick, or burdened during this season.
Be their comfort, their healer, and their hope.
Even when I don’t understand Your ways, I choose to trust that You are always good.
Father, fill my heart with Your supernatural peace.
Let the light of Christ shine through me so that others may see Your love.
May this Christmas mark a new beginning—
a season of restoration, deeper faith, and unshakable hope.
Thank You for Jesus.
To You alone be all glory, honor, and praise.
In Jesus’ name, Amen
