Work By Faith – Becoming Miracle Minded Vol 2

The core message of the sources is a profound call to believers to adopt a “miracle minded” perspective, recognizing that God’s power is limitless and designed to override the constraints of the natural world. Moving past human logic and limitations allows individuals to tap into a supernatural system characterized by instant breakthrough, comprehensive provision, and the authority to dominate unfavorable circumstances.

This mindset shift is essential because miracles are proof that Jesus lived and is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

The Essence of a Miracle Mindset

A miracle is defined as a supernatural act of God that overrides time, space, and matter. When seeking a miracle, one must stop thinking in terms of time, as time is only necessary for treatments, whereas miracles have no time.

Key attributes of the miracle mindset and its resulting “crazy faith” include:

  • No Limits with God: Believers must remove their “choke point”—the point where human belief stops—and recognize that God is able to do “exceedingly, abundantly above all that you can ask or think”. Questioning God’s ability, as Moses did regarding feeding 600,000 footmen, is considered hitting a choke point.
  • Crazy Faith: When miracles are received, believers acquire “crazy faith,” causing them to start saying, doing, and expecting things that nobody else believes can happen.
  • Unusual Miracles: The Bible records examples of “unusual miracles,” such as handkerchiefs touching the Apostle Paul’s body and carrying the same power to others. This demonstrated that miracles leave no trace and take no time.
  • Instant Manifestation: Miracles can happen instantly; for example, people were healed the moment the shadow of Peter passed over them, requiring “no trace, no time, and no treatment”. The church should expect people to be healed the moment they enter a tabernacle of witness.

Divine Provision and Overcoming Scarcity

The miracle mindset is directly linked to divine provision, especially in times of economic distress.

  • Abundant Supply: God’s intent is not merely to provide for a few days but to supply so abundantly that provision comes “for a whole month until they loathe it and it comes out of their nostrils”.
  • Overriding Economic Systems: Believers are not connected to the world’s economic system. When the world’s system goes down (e.g., during inflation), the church is meant to rise up. Just as Noah rose higher in the ark as the flood worsened, the church is expected to rise higher when the economy declines.
  • Prophetic Declaration of Plenty: When facing scarcity, believers can prophetically declare abundance. The prophet proclaimed that “tomorrow, about the same time, it’s going to be plenty, and it’s going to be cheap,” demonstrating faith in the declaration’s fulfillment.
  • Reclaiming Stolen Wealth: If the enemy (the thief) is found to have stolen from a believer, the scripture dictates that the thief must “empty out his whole house”. Believers are empowered to declare that a stolen paycheck will be returned, multiplied, such as declaring that “$1 million come to me this Week before the week is out”.
  • Miracles as Empowerment: The sources declare that six millionaires are being decreed to emerge from the body of Christ.

Authority and Dominion: Taking Charge of the Earth

Becoming miracle minded involves recognizing the believer’s authority to manage and correct the circumstances of the world.

  • Taking Dominion: The believer’s job is to “manage this whole earth,” which includes making everything that is wrong right, turning everything upside down right side up, getting bad laws off the books, and ensuring God’s representatives are in positions of power.
  • Spiritual Warfare: Believers are “miracle workers”. This is demonstrated by practical, faith-based actions, such as blessing oil and pouring it down the middle of a street where drug dealers operated. This single miracle, which took no time, fixed the community instantly.
  • Doing the Illogical: Being miracle minded requires being willing to do something that does not sound logical to receive a divine response.
  • Overcoming Unbelief: Miracles are necessary to address unbelief in the world. Jesus stated that unless people “see signs and wonders, they will not believe”.
