Really important, how do you attract the right people to be a part of your organization? And Mark, this is super important, why? The potential of your organization always rests on the strength of its people, your potential impact, it always reflects the quality of your leaders.
So Mark, you’re very, very wise to think about the people. Unfortunately, so many leaders don’t really understand this truth. A lot of leaders obsess about things that I would call like organizational strategy.
