Demand on GOD’s System – The Kingdom Economy

Dr. Bill Winston’s teaching, “Demand on God’s System – The Kingdom Economy,” centers on the profound truth that believers are now operating under a “New Economy”—the Kingdom Economy—which provides wealth without painful toil and positions God as the sole source and only supply. The mission of Bill Winston Ministries is to preach the Gospel of the Kingdom globally and train believers to live independent of this world system and exercise dominion over it.

The Blessing and the End of Toil

The core foundation of the Kingdom Economy is the Blessing of the Lord, which is described as pure dynamite.

Wealth Without Sorrow or Toil

The scripture states, “The blessing of the Lord it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it“. Looking at the text in the NIV translation, this phrase is rendered as: “The blessing of the Lord brings wealth without painful toil for it”.

  • Toiling is Over: Dr. Winston declares that for believers in this meeting, their days of toiling are over. Believers will never toil again in their life.
  • The World’s System: The world’s system “comes with sweat and toil,” but the Kingdom brings wealth without painful toil. The world does not have this advantage.
  • Servant Mandate: Humans were not made to serve anything or run after money; rather, money is made to run after you. Ideas and resources are supposed to come after the believer.

The Vastness of Wealth and Provision

The term “wealth” is defined broadly as everything that you would need. Wealth encompasses any provision.

  • Holistic Supply: Provision includes not just money, but physical needs, such as a kidney or a new eyeball needed during the meeting.
  • Warehouse of Provision: All provision is all in the warehouse and is waiting for you right now.
  • Eternal Preparation: God prepared everything for the believer before the foundation of the world. Everything is complete; God is resting because He is done everything he’s going to do about healing, deliverance, and everything in life.

2. Operating in the New Economy and Divine Supply

The New Economy requires believers to switch not only kingdoms but also systems.

God as the Only Source

God wants to be the sole source and your only supply. He is a jealous God and does not want His children being taken care of by another parent, especially since there’s plenty in daddy’s house.

  • Frustration: When God is not the only source of expectation, people stay in frustration. The soul must wait only upon God, and expectation must be from Him to avoid frustration.
  • The Seekers: Those who seek after basic needs like what they shall eat, drink, or wear are the people who are without God because they don’t have the blessing. Believers should seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

The Supply and Demand System

God operates through a supply and demand system. The supply is already stored up in the invisible world, waiting.

  • Faith is the Pull: Only faith can pull it out. God is waiting for the believer to have faith to pull the supply out.
  • Placing the Demand: The supply does not just pour out; the believer must place a demand on the supply.
  • Faith Demand: Everything that has been delayed or denied is going to be released through a faith demand.

3. Crazy Faith and Overriding Logic

To access the provision, believers must shed human logic and embrace “crazy faith”.

  • Logic is the Enemy: Satan holds things back by keeping believers in human logic and making them say, “That doesn’t make sense”. Dr. Winston instructs believers to get out of their logical mind because they cannot get anywhere with it.
  • Supernatural Examples: Miracles often defy logic:
    • Abraham and Sarah: It does not make sense for God to promise a baby to a 99-year-old man and a 90-year-old woman without a uterus.
    • Ruth’s Provision: It doesn’t make sense that the poorest woman in the village, gleaning in a field, could attract the man who owns half the county without fixing her hair or wearing her best outfit. God can get a woman a man without you fixing your hair.

4. Covenant and Restoration

The entire plan of salvation and provision was established before the world began.

  • The Slain Lamb: Jesus (the Lamb) was slain from the foundation of the world. God provided salvation before the foundation of the world.
  • Paid For: Salvation was a gift of God, not of works, meaning the believer did not have to toil for it or pay for it; it was already paid for.
  • The House is Paid For: Just as salvation and healing were paid for, the belief that you must pay for your house is challenged. God did not expect believers to spend most of their life making mortgage payments; your stuff is already paid for.
  • The Ram in the Bush: The story of Abraham offering Isaac proves that the supply (the ram) was already there, caught in the bush.

The Power of Healing and Faith

The healing of the woman with the issue of blood demonstrates the power of faith and the pre-paid supply.

  • Faith Made Her Whole: She touched Jesus after paying all her money to physicians who were “busy guessing”. She knew in her body she was healed.
  • Pre-Paid Healing: She was healed, according to God, before the foundation of the world, and she did not have to pay for it.
  • Modern Miracles: Testimonies shared include a person who was healed of heart issues, where fluid around the heart and symptoms were gone within a week after prayer, with papers to prove it.
