Your Rights to Be Wealthy – Moving From Faith to Faith

Dr. Bill Winston’s powerful message, “Moving From Faith to Faith,” centers on activating the Blessing of Abraham to transition believers into a life of supernatural rest, wealth, and dominion over the world system. This teaching emphasizes that God intends for believers to receive their inheritance rather than constantly striving to achieve it.

The mission of Bill Winston Ministries is to preach the Gospel of the Kingdom globally, training believers to live independent of this world system and exercise dominion over it.

1. Understanding the Divine Command: Receive, Not Achieve

The core principle of moving from faith to faith is realizing that God calls you to receive, not achieve. The things God calls a believer to do are already done.

  • Entering God’s Rest: This divine call leads believers into a rest. Believers are no longer intended to be focused on earning a living.
  • Supernatural Income: No salary paid to a believer can match the kind of income God desires for them.
  • The Church’s Inheritance: The teaching decrees that the church and church members should be the biggest landowners in every city.

2. The Power of The Blessing and Inheritance

The Blessing of the Lord is a potent, dangerous force that ensures believers are positioned at the top.

  • Overtaking Power: When operating in the Blessing, all His blessings are going to come on you and overtake you. This overtaking power is independent of who you are, what country you are in, or your mother’s name.
  • Transfer of Wealth: If you keep your faith focused on the Blessing, it will cause you to inherit everything strangers have. The Blessing is designed to be more powerful than anything else on the earth.
  • Restoration: What God is doing is transferring what was lost back into the hands of its rightful owners, restoring the years.

Biblical Examples of the Blessing

The sources cite the lives of Abraham and Isaac as proof of the Blessing’s power:

  • Abraham’s Wealth: The Blessing gave Abraham cattle, gold, and silver.
  • Isaac’s Exponential Increase: Isaac sowed crops during a time when nothing was growing and received a hundredfold harvest in the same year. The Lord blessed him, and he waxed great, went forward, and grew until he became very great. The Message Translation states that Isaac got richer and richer by the day until he was very wealthy, accumulating flocks and herds. Believers have the right to expect this covenant to produce for them so that they get richer and richer by the day.

3. The Fight of Faith and Mind Renewal

Operating in the Blessing requires action through faith.

  • The Focus of the Fight: The fight of faith is not about fighting the devil, as he is already defeated. The battle is fought to believe.
  • No Respecter of Persons: God is no respecter of persons. Beliefs that limit God’s blessing based on nationality (e.g., being from America) or color must be discarded. This is considered a blaming mentality rooted in a spirit of inferiority. Believers are the righteousness of God and must receive this revelation, as God is ready to treat them like royalty.

The Requirement of Mind Renewal

To access the fullness of the inheritance, the believer must undergo transformation by the renewing of their mind.

  • Adam’s Loss: One of the main things Adam lost when he fell was his mind. Jesus came to restore what was lost.
  • The Soul’s Prosperity: Prosperity is tied directly to the state of the soul: You’re going to prosper and be in health even as your soul prospers (3 John 2). Therefore, the soul must be prospered.
  • The Word Builds Up: Paul stated that he commends believers to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and give you an inheritance among all them that are sanctified.

4. Sanctification and Separation from the World

The goal of this faith walk is to be in the world but not of the world. This separation is achieved through sanctification.

  • Definition of Sanctification: The first step to sanctification is being born again, which separates the believer from the world. The remaining process of sanctification separates the believer further.
  • The Process: Sanctification occurs by thy truth; thy word is truth. The more truth (God’s Word) a believer acts on, the more separate they become from the world. This allows for greater revelation.
  • Seeing the Revelation: The renewed mind, separated from the world system, can receive the vision: “I see that I can be a billionaire. I see that thing now”.

5. Resisting Pressure and Confession

Forces will come to try to stop the believer. Satan applies pressure to make believers bow or bend their will.

  • The Example of the Three Hebrews: Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego faced execution for refusing to bow to Nebuchadnezzar’s law. When thrown into the furnace, which was heated seven times hotter than normal, they were delivered by their God.
  • The Purpose of Pressure: The world system (represented by the furnace) will try to heat it up to force you to bend. This pressure might manifest as temptation to lie, argue, or worry about children.
  • God’s Provision: God is faithful and will not allow a believer to be tempted, tested, or tried above that which you are able. He will always make a way to escape.
  • The Power of Confession: Believers will not rise any higher than their confession. Their declaration should be, “The God that I serve, He will deliver us“.
  • The Final Outcome: When believers stand firm, God gets the glory out of their lives.

6. The Necessity of Mindset and Partnership

The ultimate outcome of a believer’s life is determined by their thoughts: As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he. What you think and believe is what you’ll become.
