How to Live Above The Trials of Life (Full Sermon)
We live in two worlds. We live in a world of various trials. But in our heart, in our mind is heavenly. Even you’re Christian. You live completely in your heart and mind in this world. You are subject to the vicissitudes of life. That’s living in the [music] world. It’s not happiness which is outside. Even when things are not happening the way you want it to happen, there’s a joy.
And this joy can make you a success even in your earthly career. Every time you are selfoccupied, self-focused, to that degree you are depressed, to that degree you are in pain. It’s not about you. It’s all about Jesus. My friend, we are living in the third day and the Lord is coming back for us. As you see these [music] things happening in the world, I want to encourage you. Do not be afraid.
The world may be gripped with fear looking at the lack and uncertainty around them. But we the church [music] have something wonderful to look forward to. That is why I have written these brand new books ready for the rapture and faith in times of famine. So many today have questions about the rapture.
What exactly is the rapture? Where does the Bible talk about it? Why does it matter? In this book, I walk you through [music] what the rapture really is and why, according to scripture, it is not something to fear, but something every believer [music] can look forward to. And even as we wait, I also want to help you walk in faith for the very real needs you may be facing today.
The Bible doesn’t shy away from famines, recessions, [music] or times of shaking. But time and again, we see how the Lord provides for those who put their trust in him. The world out there is looking for the supernatural. They are. Amen. >> So because of their hunger for greater knowledge, greater wisdom, supernatural knowledge actually, supernatural wisdom, they’re dabbling in the occult. They’re dabbling into the new age. when all the while there is our wonderful God, our father who has all the wisdom and knowledge in the world and uh they they’re going into this falsenosticism and uh false wisdom in areas that cannot satisfy.
It’s like eating bread that cannot satisfy it is because it’s not bread in the first place. The Bible says they heal themselves systems that can hold no water because they have forsaken me the fountain of living waters. So they are thirsty out there, your colleagues, your friends, you know, they can say a lot of things against religion.
Okay? But you can say, look, Christianity, Christ did not come to give us a religion. >> He came to make dead people live. >> Amen. Praise the Lord. Aren’t you glad that we live on this earth but we are citizens of heaven? >> Amen. So our resources are resources that come from heaven. You know, when an ambassador of a country goes to another country, regardless of how the country is, okay, that whether it’s is a it’s a poor country, all right, uh u you know, a country that’s not developed just yet, but that that me messenger, that
