Well, listen. You have a forever calling. That’s right. According to the Bible, God has given you and I a forever calling. Which means this, your witness, your life, the the very act of your Christianity being lived out. Some people may never read a Bible. Some people may never hear a sermon. But guess what? You work with them.

You know them. They know you. At the very least, they live next door to you and they’re watching you. And the fact of the matter is that you and I have a forever calling. It is absolutely true. And here’s the great thing about it. As believers, until you and I get to heaven, we need to show them the sermon our love. That’s right.

Listen, by you and I loving on them, that is all of our forever calling as a believer. By loving those who live around us who may not ever pick up a Bible, it is our love that can communicate to them the fact that the gospel is real, that we respect them as humans, that we honor them as neighbors. And by living that way, listen to this.

We can love people into the kingdom of God because they’re going to ask you why. They’re going to ask you, “Why do you care? Why do you love?” Well, hey, listen. Let’s find out more. Open up our Bibles as we look into our forever calling. [Applause] I really believe I’ve been telling you guys this. I’m doubling down on it. We are entering the golden moments for the church right before the end time events.

This is the golden moment for the church. And I’m honored that God would allow California to have the opportunity to love on people who have been devastated by these terrible crises because can anything good come out of California? Yeah. With Christ? That’s us. People don’t expect anything good to come from this place.

What if the church What if the church cut so no pun intended, Paul uh uh Peter said that we need to have hot hearts, fervent hearts, hearts ablaze, hearts on fire. The hills have been ravaged by fire. But listen, the people have not yet been ravaged by the love of Christ. That’s going to come through us.

However means we participate, however God would have us be involved. What does Christian love for God look like? It looks like this. If we love the Lord, we edify one another. Do you know what the word edify means? Have you you know the word it’s it’s foundational to the word root to the word edifice. You know what edifice is? Yeah. The nice beautiful ornate entryway of this building.
