“While Peter was wondering about the meaning of the vision, the men sent by Cornelius found out where Simon’s house was…” When the angel came to Cornelius, he said, “Go find a guy named Simon the tanner, and when you get there in Joppa, you’re going to ask for a man who used to be called Simon but goes by the name Peter.” So, the men get there.

When? Verse 17: “While Peter was wondering about the meaning of the vision…” In my prayer this morning, I saw somebody who is wondering, “What does this mean?” “Here I am single again. What does this mean?” “Here I am going back through this cycle again. I thought I was through with it. What does this mean?” “My kids aren’t speaking to me.

What does this mean?” “I cannot get through this door because of my employment record. What does this mean?” “Here I am in a situation where I feel rejected. Should I fall back now or is that a sign to try harder? Is the fact that it hasn’t happened yet a sign I’m doing the wrong thing and I should try something else? Is the fact that I’m struggling the way I’m getting stronger or is it a sign that God is redirecting me?” While Peter is praying about all of this… Like, you’ve been thinking about this and wondering, “What does this mean that I’m going through this? What does this mean that I’m anxious?
