Understanding the Ways of God

• You’re watching [music] KCMI TV. Well, I want to I want to talk to you about some of the ways of God. You know, I I wish I understood the way God works and after all these years of serving him, um [clears throat] his ways are still past finding out. And it seems like uh the longer you serve him, the uh the more complex God gets.
• And I have realized that greatness uh comes uh at least for believers, it comes out of most of the time it comes out of suffering. Um talent and ability come from birth. But greatness is a process that God uses to develop in us uh that we can fulfill his will. And uh I was just meditating on this in prayer and God dropped some thoughts in my spirit and I want to talk to you about it.
• It it seems like people that that love God the most and are the most dedicated to God, at least just looking at it from an outward picture, seems like they are the ones that sometimes uh go through the most. And I think that for God, suffering is a it’s a privilege. Um the Bible says the disciples uh rejoice that they were even counted worthy to suffer for his name’s sake because it means that God’s attention’s on you that and it also means this that God trusts you and uh suffering seems to be the place that God releases his gems to us. things
• that are very valuable to him, things that are very important to him, he seems to give them to people who are in a difficult place. And I and I think sometimes that God allows us to go through things because he trusts us. Um I I believe that God has taken some ministers who we would look at and say, “Well, they’re not that successful.
