social media lends to us a lot of benefits some of the challenges would be that because of social media today people are able to skip what would normally be referred to as the spiritual process God hasn’t changed the nature of the spiritual realm hasn’t change it still takes time to become like Jesus you could potentially rise so fast in influence without a covering to help you to make sure you’re not making bad decisions if you’re constantly watching if you’re getting all of your biblical Knowledge from that kind of stuff and
you don’t have anybody to guide you I think that’s [Music] dangerous spiritual growth speaking of spiritual growth Stephen how have you been growing spiritually lately my journey I’m actually still on it I think we’re all still on our spiritual journey as far as growing I I definitely know that when I first really encountered the Lord till now there’s been some really big key pivotal moments that have kind of like put me in the direction where I want to be um spiritually I think one of them is definitely uh choosing to work
with the ministry full-time I think that one is was such a big uh fork in the road for me CU I remember when me and Pastor David were talking uh he presented that idea like hey I don’t know when but just be ready you might get a call and if you want to join me join me man and we actually sat down in a restaurant and uh he was giving me a layout of what it would look like and my goodness I was like are you serious like doesn’t make any sense cuz you know coming from the background I was in and in regards to work you know work to me
was well let me get my hands in there let me pick up 100 PB bags let me do this that physical labor and this was completely different so when I did that I remember in my heart thinking okay I’m going to try to do what I can all I know is physical labor in regards to work but this was such a big jump for me and it kind of took my my mind in a completely different direction and I remember just thinking okay Lord if this is you which I know it is uh just help me because my mind my mental state is probably my weakest State uh and I know I have to be
