LIFT Daily Prayer: Strength for Weak Hands and Feeble Knees
-
Saturday, December 13th. Isaiah 35:3. Isaiah 35:E3. And the scripture says, “Strengthen the weak hands and make firm the feeble knees.” Strengthen the weak hands and make firm the feeble knees. If you get a chance, read Isaiah 53, the chapter And the beauty about this is that you might be hearing me right now saying, “I’m young. It doesn’t apply to me.
-
” Or somebody might be older and saying, “Yeah, that’s exactly how it is. God’s strengthening my hands and make firm uh the feeble knees.” Yeah, guess what? No matter what your age is, the reference of the scripture or the um the meaning of the scripture here in context of Isaiah chapter 35 is the fact that has nothing to do with your age.
-
This is something that certainly incorporates your age, but it’s a verse of encouragement for us for any man or woman, boy or girl who feels like they just are not making it, that you’re sinking. Isaiah 35 speaks a lot about miracles that the Lord does. Well, here’s one of them. when when you need strength in your hands, meaning that Lord, I don’t I don’t I don’t see the the life impact, the ministry, the meaning, the purpose of my life. It’s Lord, I need you.
-
I can’t continue another day. I I need encouragement from you. I need strength from you, Lord. And I can’t finish the task. I can’t make it, God, without you. Please, please strengthen the weak hands. Oh my goodness. How many of God’s wonderful saints over time have had to stop and pray Isaiah 35:3 where Lord please strengthen my hands that I can finish this course, this task, whatever it is.
