Pillars of Faith | Prayer: A Powerful Foundation
-
Happy Sunday and welcome to church. I’m excited about today. I want you to get your Bible, your journal. We’re really going to get into the word today. And as I get into the word, I’ve recently written a book about pillars of faith. I’m excited about it because Pillars of Faith is really a doctrine book on talking about the Trinity, water baptism, what is prayer, and I think prayer, really going through the doctrine of that is going to be very important. So, I’m going to talk to you about that today because prayer does bring the will of God to pass. And
-
there’s so many more things that are in this book. I’d love to give it to you. But just before we get into the word, John’s going to worship because I like to get our hearts ready to invite the Holy Spirit in and to really give us revelation of the word. And I want to give you an opportunity to honor God with his tithe and your offering.

We are doing so many great things. I think the greatest thing that has been a part of this ministry for 40 years now is that we have always been about souls. that the primary purpose of Paula White is to evangelize and take the gospel to the four corners, the uttermost parts of the world.
-
And we’ve done that faithfully through the good times, through the not so good times, always. I mean, with millions and millions of people giving their life to the Lord Jesus Christ as a result of your giving to enable me to go forth and preach the gospel. So, thank you so much. Of course, we do the great works. We’re in the prison.

I’ve always made sure that we do the fundamentals of what the word of God says. We take care of the least of these. We make sure that the poor and needy are taken care of to an extent that in our small community of 50,000 people here, we’re a point of distribution that has given out over 30 million pounds of food to go to the nation. Think about that in the last four years. Then we’ve done so many other things. Our works in Israel.

Just go to paulawite.org or and look what all we do. Go click on partnership and find out what does that mean? What are the benefits of being a partner? So I want to thank you in advance for giving. Let’s worship God with his tithe, your offering, our partnership commitment.
-
And as we do so, thank you for sewing into good good ground. You can go to the link that’s right there. You can call that toll-free number. You can literally give by cash app, PayPal, Vimmo. I think there’s kindred, there’s all these different types of giving. It’s not how you give, it’s that you give. So, thank you for making a difference.

Oh, lead us into every new season, every new year. [Music] Oh, [Music] even young men get weary, stumble and fall. But those who hope in the Lord, soar like eagles rise above it all. The old has gone now. Creation has come. May his glory reveal in our hearts and our spirit all he has done. Oh Lord, lead us to every new season, every new year. Yes.
-
Lord, lead us to face a new freedom without any fear. Hallelujah. [Music] Hallelujah. [Music] For all we’re taught, all we’ve learned. When we’re ruled by desire, we fail at it every turn. Choose to lose our own self. Change our heart, change our minds, choose a new way of life. Oh Lord, lead us into every new season. every new year. Yes.

Lord, lead us to face a new freedom without any fear. Hallelujah. [Music] Hearts will follow your sweet presence. Your promise remains. You are the last word. Your love takes away all sin and shame. Looking back on blessings, you been faithful. Working all things out, anxious for nothing. Prayers are steadfast. The best is yet to come. Yes.
